Q: Where can I download BookMyne?
A: Download the BookMyne app here for Apple iOS or here for Android devices. Note that Android versions are not available at this time for either the Kindle Fire or Nook Tablets. Apps for those devices are planned. See the SirsiDynix BookMyne page for the latest developments.

Q: Why can't I see my local library?
A: The library must be configured to be displayed on the BookMyne results page. Talk to your librarian about participation. View the brief BookMyne video tutorials for step-by-step help on how to select your library, browse the catalog and more.

Q: What is my BookMyne user name and pin?
A: A: Use your WYLD library card number and PIN as you would when logging in to WYLDCAT. Remember to enter the number (usually 14 digits) and not include spaces or alphabetic characters. E.g. a20902 7771 23456b should be entered as 2909277123456.

Q: Why can't I place holds?
A: A: You must be logged into your local library account to place holds. To log in, go to the My Account page and tap the Login button. Depending on your library's policies, you may not be able to place holds on certain items. Check with your local library to see if your account information is configured correctly.

Q: When will a similar app be available for other devices?
A: An app for Android OS is now available in the Android Market. Note that Android versions are not available at this time for either the Kindle Fire or Nook Tablets. Apps for those devices are planned.
