How do I get a library card? If you have never had a library card at the Uinta County Library, you will need to have: 1. A picture I. D. (examples: a valid driver's license or a student I. D.) 2. Proof of your local mailing address (examples: something that has been delivered to you that shows your mailing address or checks with your address printed on them.) Your first library card is free. If you have had a library card at the Uinta County Library already, and you've lost it or for some reason you need a new card, please let us know.
